Hello,
I am looking for a blind or visually inpaired pen pal. Or anyone with information on blind services in Russia. I have been blind for about three years now and have always had an interest in the Russian culture. I would like to visit some day. I am a guide dog user and would like to find out what restrictions Russia has conserning entering the country with a service animal. I would be thankful for any information.
