Hi there, not trying to hijack this thread, just a quick question. Have you been learning russian for long? I'm trying to teach a friend right now, have no idea where to start but the friend in question is very keen on trying. How did you start learning it and since you are in the uk can you recommend any useful books? I'm also in the UK.
