    I already found out what this is in russian, but if anyone could tell me how to say 'You take my breath away' in polish, then that'd be great

    hmm, I guess "zapierasz mi dech w piersi" , but it's not really widely used as related to a person, mostly like describing a situation. You can come across it though.
