Thread: Юса

Hi everybody!
I have a question conserning the name of the country the United States of America.
The short title we all are acustomed with is usually written as U S A and said like these letters are known, which will be in Russian ЙуЭсЭй (ЮЭсЭй) as well.
My question is straight. Does anybody among the native English and American English speakers call these letters straight like usa - ЮСА (like in NASA where nobody calls it N A S A - Энэйэсэй, but Nasa - Наса)?

In Russian we sometimes call USA сша (or rather СэШэА) counting the first letters of Соединённые Штаты Америки.

Did anybody hear usa?
