Part 21 is called 'wall box'
So it would be 'a wall box for an electric socket assembly'.

It's strange enough, but I haven't find any translation in any language; only for English Lingvo offered, "Manchester plate"... but I can't believe you really call it like that. In Russian, we call it "подрозетник".
In the United States this thing is called an "outlet box":
Quote:
outlet box - a housing used to mount an electrical system or make electrical connections. The box itself is often metallic and rectangular in shape, but can be made in other shapes and of nonmetallic materials.

In the UK I think it is called a "socket box":
Quote:
Fitting and fixing socket boxes into plasterboard is a really simple operation. . . . Hold the socket box in position and mark round it with a pencil.

A "Manchester plate" is another thing-it is a type of storage battery: http://www.answers.com/topic/manchester-plate
