"Как хорошо ты знаешь русский язык?"

Such a simple sentence unexpectedly confused me very much. I have got some variants ("how much are you skilled in Russian", "how well do you know Russian") but they seem to me either awkward or incorrect...
My English isn't so good, зато с русским все в порядке ))
I'll be very thankful, if you correct my mistakes.

"How well do you know Russian?" sounds perfect to me.

The first variant has some grammar issues. It should be "How skilled are you at Russian?"

    Do you mean сколько?

I think you could also say "Насколько ты знаешь русский язык?"

Maybe "Насколько хорошо ты знаешь русский язык". Without "хорошо" it sounds a bit weird for me.

    Thank you for your answers.

Doggone textbooks from 1958! So now как functions as the interrogative adverb of degree?

    Well, not at all...
Почему же “at all”? Would you really ask someone “Сколь хорошо ты знаешь русский язык?"”

    Словарь Ушакова:
СКОЛЬ, нареч. (устар.). Насколько, как. Сколь тяжела обязанность моя. Пушкин.

    Словарь Ожегова:
СКОЛЬ, мест. нареч. (устар. и прост.). Насколько, как. С. красивы горы!

Although, I would agree, that сколь is still sometimes used in expressions like “сколь угодно долго” («Телеканалы готовы к сколь угодно долгому выступлению Путина»).

Either как or насколько (if that’s what they call “interrogative adverb of degree” ).

"Not at all" means не совсем. You probably meant "not entirely"-не вполне. And in this case I would say "[b]That's[/b[ exactly what I mean," although "this" isn't ungrammatical.

Thanks! I wrote "that's" at first
As for "not at all", he wrote "сколь is archaic", I answered "не совсем". Is it incorrect?

I don't really undersand the last sentence.

But "Not at all" means you strongly disagree and what is said is completely untrue, e.g. saying Cколь is a commnly used modern word.
