Listen closely, he enunciates the word but the emphasis is on the initial "br" sound with the rest tailing off...it's the British way.

Now that I know it's there I hear it.

I hear only "br" and hear it not very distinctly...

It makes sense, however, the speaker is stressing the overall quality of the material, whereas your phrase is referring to specific qualities, as if they had already discussed them.

But this clip doesn’t give us much idea about what they’ve been talking about.

Guests of this BBC quiz show were presented with some video clips and now they have to guess what news story those clips represent.

What's also relevant is that the host is, back in America, the host of a lowbrow TV show (I gathered that much from Wikipedia), hence that gibe which I was asking about.

If it's not too much trouble, I'd also like to know what is said at the very end, after "So that's it for ....". Something about hookers and Nazis?

What with the hookers is more or less clear - keep low-key equals to don't spend too much on hookers, that's funny; where do the Nazis come in here remains unknown to me.

I don't get all that hilarity about queen’s crackers and other cost cutting measures the queen is taking in the run-up to Christmas. Why did the line Is she getting cheaper crackers? cause so much fun?

I clearly hear the word "much" in the clip, so the "some of version" isn't right, but he may indeed be saying "qualities" instead of "quality." I believe he made a slip of the tongue, vacillating between the phrases "so much quality" and "so many qualities."

I think the Nazi reference is to a Halloween Party that one of the princes attended in a Nazi costume. I can''t quite make out the second word in the location of the ski weekend.

to which Jerry answers

J: That's what I'm asking you: what other cost-cutting measures is the Queen taking in a run-up to Christmas?
You see, by this question Jerry acknowledges the matter of crackers to be one of the "other" cost-cutting measures, but it is not, he has already introduced it himself. So what Paul does, he assumes his mocking manner, which you might not catch but the audience knows it very well, and says

P: Is she getting cheaper Christmas crackers?
So, the laugh that follows is not about crackers, it's about Paul ribbing Jerry. Then he follows with

P: I'm answering my own questions here. I could stay at home and have as good a time as I have now.
which actually, I think, means "you are not as good a presenter as you should be". Jerry comes back with

J: So could we.
which actually, I think, means "We also could have as good a time as we have now if you stayed at home." Then he maybe decides that that was too much or maybe just wants to wrap things up and says

J: No, no, you are doing very well.
but Paul's on the ball:

Not really. Though it's true that I like to listen to funny, as I perceive them, British accents and, though I don't remember it, it might be that I've heard that phrase with that accent in a film or somewhere; I got it right away.
