Strange translation of a phrase
I’ve got a phrase and its translation that puzzles me completely. There isn’t any context. Here it is.
That's a pretty thing to say. – Постыдился бы!
(Постыдился бы = You should be ashamed of yourself)
But why on Earth it should be translated like that?!! I would say that “a pretty thing” is something positive not negative :?

It's sarcastic:
She is fat and smells like piss.
