- *WHAT HE ANSWER HIM???* - very silent
-nah, I'm good. (casual way to say "no thanks.")
- (...funny voice[he was mocking him saying "nah I'm good"] blah blah im good?...), what the f*ck is that? We out here we brothers in the same struggle(referring to people being racist to blacks) you gon play me? f*ck you uncle tom(insult meaning a black person who submits to white people). Nig*a ya ain't even(you aren't even) black with your old dusty-ass suit on.
Thank you!
Black people speaking like this is extremely common in the southern states and other large cities like NYC. The majority of the time anybody who is speaking so poorly like this has nothing really worthwhile to tell you anyways. Enjoy.

With your old - It is very heavy to catch.
To me it is heard: "joold"
очень тяжело расслышать эту фразу. Слышится какой то "джооолд" Странно, куда он with выбросил?))

In Black vernacular "with" becomes "wit". "You" becomes "ya" in almost all casual American speech. So "with you" --> witya
-->witcha
I disagree with the idea from the other poster that this is "poor" speech, except that it is more characteristic of poor people than wealthy people. It is simply one dialect of English with its own complex rules.
Re: Racism in the bus stop. HELP ME PLEASE!!
Perhaps I was harsh but the guy with the hat doesn't even enunciate his words and he is quick to resort to name calling and insulting. That is what's poor about his speech(and attitude). The dialect itself isn't poor or bad or whatever, which by the way both men use in this video.
