...to put yourself in front of the brand

As the CEO of an organization, you’ve got to be willing to put yourself in front of the brand.
    Что имеется в виду?
    Спасибо

Наверное что-то вроде: "он должен быть готов броситься на амбразуру (в огонь)". В смысле готовности принять на себя всю ответственность.

Not exactly. See this post: http://www.qonverge.com/blog/?author=4

It's basically saying that you need to be the "public face" of your company in order to promote it and further its interests. Not the best phrasing by a CEO IMHO -- instead of expressing himself clearly and representing his company well, he sounds like he's getting run over by a bus or something...

If you were trying to say what Guin is referring to, you'd actually rephrase the sentence a bit: you'd need to say "put the brand(I think "company" actually works better, but whatever) before yourself," meaning that what is best for the company comes before what is best for yourself.
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.
