sounds like the already mentioned custody thing. I don't understand your response about the vibe of the movie. There either is or is not a custody issue, what does the vibe of the movie have to do with that?

The line comes from the film Operation Endgame and after watching the clip... I agree with the others.
Bobby is the guard's son. The first guard tells the second one that he used that really nasty insult on his ex-wife. The second guard warns him to more careful what he says to his ex-wife or she is going to end up keeping him (Bobby) all the time OR having custody of him (Bobby) all the time.
