Please help with understanding.

I have a game "Hitman Codename 47" when a man must kill bandits and terrorists. When I pull out my weapon security or police scream "This guy is … !" I do not understand last word. It sounds like "louder" or "lowder" or "loder". Full sentense means something like "This guy is enemy!" But what the last word exactly is? Who can suggest any idea, please …

Perhaps they are saying "This guy is loaded" meaning he has a loaded weapon. I am not familiar with the game, however, so this is just a guess.

Damn I used to play that game.... ummm it's been a while tho but im guessing it would be loaded as in loaded weapon like Tbone sugested

I have never in my life heard someone say "this guy is loaded" and meant he was carrying a weapon. "This guy is loaded" either means he is rich or drunk.

Those are some good words, my friend.

It most likely is loaded, even though it sounds stupid.

It was just poor script writing, but loaded does mean stocked with weapons, etc.

I've heard people say it before, but it's not as common as saying "This guy is packing."
