Ground floor facility
A question for native speakers:
Let's suppose you are reading some real estate catalogue or a classifieds page and see an ad describing some piece of property as "A ground floor facility", with no picture or much additional information, what whould be your first reaction to it? Is it a facility occupying the ground floor of a multistory building? It is a single-story building (or a part of one)? Or is it impossible to tell without additional info?

My thought is that it could be either a single-story or multi-story building, but the facility in question is on the ground floor.
I'm not an expert on real estate, so that's just my impression, without specific knowledge.
