Do they use the word 'supper' for the last meal of the day? Or it's obsolete?
There's no correct answer to this question, usage varies from person to person and family to family and town to town. Breakfast is unambiguous, but the rest can swap or overlap all over the place.
When (and where) I were a lad, the main evening meal was actually called "tea".

Здесь есть такое значение этого слова и нет пометы устаревшее. В этом словаре, похоже, вообще нет устаревших значений: я не нашел здесь слово whizzo.
Hi alexsms,
Take a look at this old thread on the topic and see if it clears things up for you.
Thanks, rockzmom, i was thinking there should be this topic discussed earlier, couldn't find it. It really helped.
