I think we may need to have the word / phrase in the full context to work this one out. It isn't obvious to me in England, and I'm not sure how that would be pronounced. I once worked with a Scotsman who referred to anything really good as "a real doosie". I have no idea what the Scottish dialect word actually means or how it is spelt!
However doozie / doozy appears in various on-line dictionaries as slang for smomething good or bizarre or difficult - possibly derived from the flower - daisy, or the short form of a luxury car years ago.
The only other possibility I can suggest is that it is part of " dosi -do" or " dos-a-dos"- a move in country dancing / square dancing.
    Hope this helps!

    Dave, it helps!
Thank you very much! He was talking about a thing that surprised me in a good sense and at the end wrote "Its a do'sy ". I guessed that it is something good but was not sure.

Just to elaborate on what Dave said, the expression "it's a duesy" comes from the early 20th century. In the 30s there were cars called Duesenbergs which were the pinnacle of luxury, you could not buy a more luxurious car. So when something is a "duesy" it's extremely good, beyond compare.

...and just to reinforce what these guys have said, you usually see it now in the context of "puzzling."

"Have you seen today's crossword puzzle? It's a doosie!"

"How are we going to increase our profits if our labors costs are going up? That's a real doosie!"
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.
