How do you usually call up a cat? I mean how do you spell it?

Here kitty, kitty! And you raise the tone of your voice up an octave or so!

"Here, kitty. Here, kitty, kitty, kitty.
Pss, pss, pss!"

Just open the can of cat food and the cat will come.

Ramil, if I got you right, that cat was psy-mutated, and therefore I suggest a character would call for the cat: "Psssy.. psssy.."

Looking at the subject, I thought you were asking about the song (or a novel) called "Kiss Kiss" ...

A dry cat food brand is being sold at local stores, named “Cat Chow” in English. I guess this is it.

We either use "puss, puss" (not pronounced as the yellow stuff that comes out of wounds but with an "u" as in pussicat).

Or I also say pussikins come here!
