To be so bothered with somebody you are ready to eat them and whatever dirt they may be covered with (or full of ).

example.
"мне пора, а то меня щас малой с дерьмом съест"

Only don't forget that it's rather rude.
There's also an expression: съесть с потрохами
It is used in the same sense (and it's almost not rude) but literally it's a bit different, it means that one is ready to eat smb without even taking out the guts and that sort of stuff.
