привет!

My Favorite group is Tokio. I was curious to know how big they are in Russia, as well as Serebro & Reflex, (I already know Tatu & other groups.)

А я вот не против того, чтобы отвести под Tokio, Serebro и Reflex отдельную тему. Название можно поменять на "Русские группы, названия которых часто пишутся столь нелюбимой Rtyom'ом латиницей".

Кстати, AmyMariovna в одной теме про музыку уже отметилась, так что насчёт you haven't found any ты загнул.

Эту тему автор не нашла бы даже если бы хотела. Да и как её найти, по слову "попса", что ли?)))

Well, Tokio is written in the latin script but the other 2 are Рефлекс & Серебро.

I know all about them, I just am curious to know if theyre popular or not.

I should have tried to write it in Russian (some errors are probably inside):

Моя Любимая группа - Tokio. Я был любопытен, чтобы знать, как большой они находятся в России, так же как Рефлекс и Серебро?

I just can said about myself... I've never heard something about Tokio.

I've seen a clip 'Song #1', and the name of the group was written in Latin. I don't know if it is because of Eurovision or not, but you are right, in Russian texts it's more frequently in Cyrillic letters.

Not the same with 'Reflex.' They seem to prefer Latin script.

You don't need to apologise. I don't think that all the advanced learners of Russian can understand it completely. And, frankly speaking, it was written for Rtyom (it's an answer to his post). There is a hint at his posts in the topic about Latin script.

And there is no wonder you're making mistakes, you are a beginner. What is important is that you practise. There is just one typo in the first sentence.

There was nothing about popularity of these groups. I'm afraid I can say nothing about it because I don't like such, er, music.

P.S.: Please correct my mistakes. I'm pretty sure there are some.

AmyMariovna, I think people barely listen to "popsa" here. I admit the musical groups you talked about are at least known.

Reflex's actual name as it appears on their CD's and stuff is Яеflex. So it kinda uses both :P

Actually those bands are probably the only pop I listen to.
It was just those specific bands I was asking about.

Well, even though im fluent in English, I'm still not good at the spelling so I probably couldnt tell the mistakes.
I always thought sentence was spelled with an "a".

It's alright. Sometimes I forget to wear socks.
