The settlement is situated near Vladimir, a Golden ring town. It is just in 40 min from town center, so if you are going to Vladimir, don't miss the opportunity to see the remains of the prince residence and a nearby church (of the Protection of The Holy Mary) on the river Nerl - a UNESCO heritage object.
