These are very cool. They are actually from the US Library of Congress. You might want to use this link, since some of the pictures seem to be disappearing because of bandwidth limitations.

Wow, amazing pictures! It's also interesting reading how they made the colour images from black and white. I wish there were photos of Kazan in there though.
I've read he shot them three times (once through a red light filter, once through a blue, and once through a green one). Then the glass plates with prints were combined to get a color photo.Quote:
