I saw this book advertised on ebay. (Click on "this book" to visit the link.)
Description: "THE TEXTBOOK OF RUSSIAN. EXAMINATION. FOR FOREIGN ENTRANTS The textbook will help to be prepared for delivery of test examination on Russian. It is approved by the Ministry of Education of Russia."

Has anyone ever taken any of these tests before? Can passing any of these tests help you get a job?

I've been looking for something in Russian that's similar to the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and so far this is the closest thing I've seen to it. (However, I haven't really search any Russian websites because my Russian isn't good enough yet.) Has anyone seen anything like that for Russian besides this book?
