    hmm, imho АНФИСА and АНФИЯ is diffirent names...

    АНФИСА (древнегреческий) цветение, цветущая. (950 000 hits in google).

    АНФИЯ Римская (ум . 120), христианская мученица, пострадавшая в Риме в гонение императора Адриана, мать священномученика Елевферия Иллирийского. (3 000 hits in google)

    May be it will be something like Анфисочка...but I`m not sure, though.

    It's very derogatory. Only a very close friend may be called like that. More distant Anfisas may take offence.

    You can upon an agreement BUT Аня is diminutive for Анна it's different name.
