On the internet I can find all kinds of sweet, cute, romantic, etc. names for girls. I don't need to talk to myself affectionately, it's my boyfriend I'm concerned about. So I was wondering what wives, girlfriends, etc. call their (male) loved ones in Russia? Like here how we have Sweetheart, Baby, Honey....you get it. Can you guys help?
лапачка, милый (милая) дорогой (дорогая) ... That's all i can think of RIGHT now, though i know tons more.
You can also call them the diminutive of their name.
His name is Eugene but I usually call him Женя.
лапачка? That doesn't sound weird saying it to a guy? Hmm. I guess to me it sounds like something you would reserve for a girl. I like that one though. Sounds cute. Thanks.
If his name is Женя you could call him Женечка.
