You don't need a special font, Windows should display it automatically, and the cyrillic alphabet DOES contain the letter 'e'!

Then it must be Еремей Яковлев, and Jerry will be Ерёма.

If it is Gerald, then Джеральд - Герасим

Евгений is Юджин (Eugene).
