Note that the time Alex mentioned (20min on metro) is for a person who is familiar with Moscow metro. If you get there for the first time you can easily pick wrong direction and spend much more time. This trip on car could be a bit faster only at 0:00-5:00am. Otherwise you could spend hours in traffic jams. Also remember to NEVER (EVER!!!) take a taxi at Moscow airports and railway stations: the prices (especially for foreigners) are insane (like $500 for a 15 min trip). This is called "такси недорого".
