Does anyone know of a similar link for the Russian language (I can't find anything posted so far in this Forum)

I know www.russianmentor.net, which is a great site but too advanced for me as a beginner (quickly spoken; big words ; audio quality not as god as the rfi.fr site.

No might about it Thanks scotcher. It could only be improved with a complete translation as an option but with it's new vocabulary list (with stress indicated) and questions to check understanding, it's just what I'm looking for

btw - the first article I listened to was - ШТРАФ ЗА НЕПРАВИЛЬНЫЙ ПРОГНОЗ. Couldn't understand a thing first time round but then, like focussing a pair of binoculars, I began to distinguish words - some of which, can you believe it, I actually recognised

EDIT - It has a translation, well not a translation but the script in Russian, but that's what I meant, a script not a translation! - that's it, that's the best link I've had - EVER!
