There is almost certainly a Lingvo addon dictionary out there right up your alley.
Found this book, it is pretty expensive though. But what isn't expensive in Norway?

The only thing is that it is only 90 000 words, not a whole lot. Doubt they even have lutefisk and smalahove there! But maybe that is good thing!
