    Russian Flash Program

I'm working on a beginning Flash program to help me with relearning my studies from years ago (YEARS ago) and thought some of you might find it useful.

Sadly, I don't trust my own pronunciation skills well enough to do my own audio at this point, so it still needs audio for the entire thing (right now, it shows English approximations of Russian pronunciation.

If anyone is interested in providing audio, I'm all ears (haha). Otherwise, I have enough tapes and CDs to provide myself audio for most of it.

    Here's the address:
    Russian In A Flash

I'm sure there's mistakes in here (though I did take most of the pronunciation info from the MANY books I have). And I haven't checked spelling thoroughly, but again, it was originally intended for my own use.

Also, the verb section isn't done, so the first set of verbs starts repeating at some point.

    Thanks.
    John

I think you have a pretty cool program there ivanjs.
I am just suprised that nobody has commented on it.
    Я взял палку и нож, мелки и бумагу и направился к холмам.

Thanks, Shadow1-Appreciate the comment, and I really don't mind if no one's commented. I'm still working on it to finish up the verb section by the way. Instead of doing hundreds of verbs (which you can find online easily), I'll just discuss the type 1 and type 2 conjugations with a couple of examples, past, present and future.
    Thanks again.

Here's another Flash-made alphabet tool someone might find useful. Just shows examples of words for each letter of the alphabet.

Man, who knew it would be so hard to find words that contain Ъ!

You could try making your own audio and getting it checked with a native here. That's what the Audio Lounge forum is mainly used for.
Please correct any Russian language mistakes I make.

Very cool interface on the site. Easy to navigate and I could see this being beneficial for many. You just need to get some audio from native speakers up there and it will be great!!

Also, I noticed the "Verbs" link from the lower horizontal navigation menu does not work on any page. The "Verbs" link from the left vertical navigation menu on the main menu page does work however.

    Good work!

I think it is a useful resource too. I noticed on the English conjugations of verb to unerstand which came out as answer.
