Its really for extreme beginners. It does explain the pronounciation of each letter really well with diagrams and everything but it can get tedious.

The lessons are short, but as far as I know it only comes on tape which makes it a pain to find the start of each lesson.

There are a few sections from Russian literature you can listen to at the end. I never finished the whole thing.
