    Learning new words

There is a useful software -- EZ Memo Booster -- that helps to memorize new words. I used it to learn English and French.

Why I mention it here: the program is Russian, it's community is mostly Russian, there are lots of English-Russian dictionaries at their site. Still the interface is available in English (and in several other languages).

Thought EZ Memo is a shareware, older versions are available for free in different corners of the Internet and the trial version is also ok -- it functions always, but it only lacks some functionality. The address is: http://www.ezmemo.biz/eng

    I hope I helped someone.

No doubt, there are lots of different useful software. The point is that EZ Memo community is mostly Russian-speaking now. So there are lots of Russian dictionaries: Rus.-Finnish or Rus.-Czech even, if you'd like them.

The community is very friendly and I like it. A friend of mine (from Berlin) is their beta-tester, e. g. I use the EZ Memo for maybe more than two years.
