No, just kidding. You need determination, because Russian is hard, and it really can drive you up the friggin wall sometimes =)

Take your time to learn it. Don't expect to master Russian in a couple of years, unless you are a genius.

Get a proper dictionary (http://www.lingvo.ru/lingvo/), a proper grammar book, attend some course if you can, find some friendly and helpful russian pen friend and enjoy the process.
