I reckon it's handier to add a dictionary to the searchbar in your browser just like I did. Because it's not very convenient to go to any site to look up a word instead of having it available at any second as in the case of adding it to the browser.

Если ты нажмешь слово, или просто паришь с курсором, это хватает чтоб показать перевод? Или ты должно делать "copy-paste" что ли?

Copy-paste usually. The word remains in the searchbar after using a dictionary so I can switch between several dictionaries to look up collocations, sample sentences etc, not only the meaning. There are several dictionaries that provide this feature, I mean positioning the mouse pointer over the word pops up a balloon containing the meaning but I doubt they can do it in the Russian -> English mode correctly.
