Russian Penpals Club - 'Send Message' feature doesn't work
Good day,
1) It seems like send a message ('Contact') feature in the Russian Penpals Club section on your website doesn't work.
I heard other users complained about it as well.
2) Also when I try to report this problem to support@masterrussian.com, I receive the Mail Delivery Failure notice:
" ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<support@masterrussian.com>
(reason: 550 support You probably have an invalid recipient, please check the email address of the user you are trying to reach.)"
So Please, check it out and sort out these problems.
Thanks in advance. Regards

Could you describe the problem? What errors do you get?
I tested sending a message and it worked fine. See the screenshots below.
Re: Russian Penpals Club - 'Send Message' feature doesn't work
The problem is that I never get replies from anybody. I tried to contact around 10 different users (recently registered mostly) and no one has replied. It could be the email notification bug.
Yesterday, to my surprise, I received the first ever message from somebody. But it was not from one of the users whom I tried to contact myself before. Half of his message was just mess of weird symbols.
When I tried to reply I got the error message "Cannot add email at this time":

P. S. Also how can I view a profile of the user who contacts me?
Re: Russian Penpals Club - 'Send Message' feature doesn't work
Thanks for the screenshots. I will be figuring out what causes the 'cannot add email' error. Did you simply write that message and sent it or did anything else?
There is no email notification feature at this time.
The profile can be viewed only when you browse the posts. It has the basic stats and a short description. But if someone contacted you on their own initiaitive, there is not feature to view their profile. You'd have to respond off of their message that they sent to you.
The wierd characters in the email may be because of the encoding they used when typing.
