Other forums powered by VBulletin have in "General settings" option "Profile privacy" - where users choose who can see their profiles (public, registered members, contacts or only friends). Is there any possibility to add this user option anytime soon?

It's already supported. Just go to Settings -> Profile Privacy and make the necessary changes.
The "Settings" link is in the right top corner.

Settings -> My Settings: My profile: Edit Profile, Edit Profile Picture, Edit Avatar, Edit Signature.... Profile Privacy is missing.

I think she'd like more extensive settings for the privacy options. There's only General Settings in which you can turn Invisible Mode on or off.
Yes, I wrote it in the first post which options miss here.... not invisible mode, but who can see details displayed in user's profile. By the way, I see NO "Profile Privacy" at all....
