Other languages section - can't see all the threads

I noticed that there are only a few threads per language in the "Other Languages" section, while judging by the counter there supposed to be dozens of them.
What's happened? (

It's a setting to show posts only from the past year. Other threads are older than a year and not shown. But I'll change the setting to display all threads.
