Not seeing all of the threads in a section

So, when I am on the main forum page...
I see that there are 69 threads under the Movie section

However, when I click on that section when I am logged in, I am only able to see 3 of those.

When I am not logged in I am only able to see 47 of the 69 threads.
I asked Lampada about, this as she is one of the admins of this section, and she too can't see all of the threads when she is logged in.

What's up with dat???

I can see 67 out of 69. But the reason might be that 2 threads are sticky.

Below the thread list there is a line "Thread Display Options". It can be collapsed or expanded with a small up triangle at the right side of the line. Within this line there is a drop box "Show threads from the ..." by default it is set to "Last Year" (So you see only 47 of all 69 threads in the Movie subforum). If you set it to "Beginning" you'll see all the 69 threads (It will says that you see only 67 but it is due the fact that there is two threads sticked which are not accounted).

I have a feeling you answered this before for someone else. If so, sorry for not understanding or remembering and for being so kind to explain it yet once again.

Also, note to Master Admin, I think the default needs to looked at as a newbie to the forum would miss a number of great threads in many of the forums that aren't always used all the time.
