I'm a Chinese college student and a fan of Russian culture. And I tried to find pen pals from the pen pal square of this net site. But I was confused that when I had sent a message to the one I selected, the page said "Cannot add email at this time". Have my message been sent off, or I don't have the right to send message now, or I should not write e-mail address in my message? And can I see the personal e-mail address of others? If I can, how to do that?

The penpals system has some mail problems from when the servers were switched. Since none of us have time to fix it at present, God knows when it will be available again. My advice is just to use this forum to meet people.
