help needed
Can I open all pages properly on this site using Internet Explorer 6?
I've encountered problems when I was opening one of the pages ,it read that I must have CP 1251 and Netscape 3 and higher
does that mean that Netscape Navigator is necessary and how do i install cp 1251 to run with my internet explorer?

1251 is a Windows-specific Cyrillic encoding. If you are using Windows, you probably have it already. If not, it is on the install CD or can be downloaded from Microsoft.
Will you show which page you tried to access?

I've downloaded and installed updated windows cyrillic encoding from microsoft but I cannot access this page:

You will not be able to load this page. It looks like it was originally in the wrong encoding, then run through an HTML parser which converted all of the Latin characters into HTML-safe versions. Give me a moment and I will fix it.

Here is a UTF-8 version. I set the encoding so if you have a relatively new browser it should load for you without having to do anything. Note: I am not going to download all of those audio files and put them with this page because I am a dick. It took ten minutes just to do this much. You will have to get them from the original site. Sorry :)

The program "Shtirlitz" can help you out with finding the right encoding too.
