Hard time with avatars....

I cant seem to get the right size for my avatar, can anyone help me?

well, you need to crop it down to a 90x90 pixel picture. then make sure it is only 6kb big. use paint or some picture editor software.

I did crop it down to even less than 90 by 90 but i cant make it be less than 6 kb
