Hello!
In the French lounge, the accents become encoded. For example, "Allô" should finish with an "o" with a "hat" on it, but it doesn't! If people want to learn French, they will need the accents to be able to read and pronounce properly.
Is there something you can do to not encode it... i.e. leave them as is? I'm assuming that it would be the same in a future "Spanish lounge", as well.

It depends on settings on your computer. You might want to set it up properly. For example, install French language support if you are using Windows.
