Alternate language threads. Where best to start them?

Hello Administators. I was thinking of starting a couple of threads for a couple of languages not popular enough to warrant a lounge. The two current places I considered are General Discussion (most probable) and this Tech. Support. But I'm just wondering wheteher either are appropriate. Would it be plausible, do you think, to have a Genearal Discussion option in the Beyond Russian section? Seeing as that this thread of mine wouldn't be about Russian. (I was was simply going to call the thread "Turkisk thread" or "Hindi thread" etc). It gets clogged up with non-Russian threads (one already of which is mine). If you don't think this is plausible, should I just start a thread in the already present General Discussion? Thanks!
