Ive just come across the sheffield russian youtube channel. This is very good if you are a beginner but have gotten over the complete beginner stage

I would say the pronouncuation is to poor to expose to beginners in the russian language to be honest.
I think it's important to listen to native speakers talk instead.

I would not say they speak Russian. It is some weird accent, but not normal Russian!
