Obama insured for croc bite

Obama insured for croc bite during Australia trip - CBS News

So, my plan is to reach a mutual agreement with Obama, bite him, and share the 50 grand half and half. After all, that would only be a reasonable bite worth $25,000... :angel:

Мне представляется, что похожая страховка в России - это полис на 50,000 рублей на несчастный случай быть герметично запертым в матрёшке. ;)

Вот вы смеетесь, а совсем недавно один из моих коллег был укушен страусом. В самой, что ни на есть украинской глубинке. Есть здесь недалеко такая себе страусиная ферма...

Nope. He was bitten. That means his finger was pinched with ostrich's beak. If you ever had parrots, for example, you should know that they prefer to bite rather than to to peck.

Раз когда мне было 12 лет, и я ночевал у лучшего друга, их крупный попугай "Марко" очень больно укусил меня по подмышке!

Maybe it was the parrot's way of telling me that I should use more deodorant...

P.S. To be specific, Marco was a sulfur-crested cockatoo, which is a rather large species of parrot, with a rather large клюв.
