In The Times today I read this article. I wonder if it causes a probelm for foriegn readers of English?

There is also a typographic study that shows that the top half of letters is more important than the lower half. If you take a line of text and cut it in half horizontally at the level where the bars of lowercase x cross, you will see that you can read the text when you view the top half but not the bottom, which is mostly full of vertical lines.

I remember hearing something about that, but it's still cool. That's a trip. I wonder if dyslexic people see the word written correctly...?
