    Древесный лягушонок (вместе с Лего-минифигуркой "для масштаба"). I took these pictures about two hours ago -- I found the wee froggie in the basement of my sister's house. I have no idea what species it is -- but as you know, I live not very far from Washington, DC.

    After Googling, I think maybe "к сравнению масштабов" ("for comparison of scales") might sound better? But in English, you can just say "the Lego figure is included for scale."

    No. "для масштаба" without quotes is ok. "для сравнения размеров" can be used, but it is longer.
