- "Является ли это сделано в России? This doesn't make sense, can you say what you wanted to say in English? Maybe you meant Делается ли это в России?"
In English, I intended to say: "Is this done in Russia?" So, "Делается ли это в России?" is perfect, thanks. I see now where I went wrong with "Является".

Haha.. I looked at this sentence on my screen for maybe 5 whole minutes.. I thought "something's wrong.." I should've trusted my instinct

- Looks like this speech was severely "googled" I had to use reverse translation to understand the meaning of some sentences. Try not to overuse translators Eek! That concerns me because I use it very little these days, and only to give me new words in phrases I have not used before. For instance, in here I tried to say "(but) as for" and the translator gave me "Но что касается" which seems to work.. But, if it were wrong, I guess I'd have to make the mistake to know, haha.. Well, here's one I won't make again- thanks a lot!
