That doesn't make sense in English. You can say "Explain this point"..."explain this concept"..."explain this rule"... but "explain this moment (or these moments)" doesn't work because moment only refers to time in Eng. I understand that in Russian it can mean "point", such as "explain this point"...but yea... not in English..
