Also all sentences in your first post here are grammatically incorrect, the same as in all posts before that.

You need to learn grammar otherwise people just stop correcting your posts because they will see it as wasting of time because there is not much of a progress

You might ask why the third person (if you don't know it yet) - because 'мне нравится' is something close to 'it likes itself to me'. We Russians have a way to check whether a soft sign is needed or not. Asking a question to the verb: is it что делать? or что делает? ). Я не знала, что "словарь" неуместен. This one is perfectly correct, but I guess you meant another thing. I didn't know "словарь" is inappropriate - your sentence.

So in your case it's kind of Я еще много чего спрошу у вас (много чего is difficult to figure out for you I guess. Means a lot of something I'm-not-going-to-tell-you-of or Я еще задам здесь много вопросов

Then сначала вы одобрили, что я ставлю ударения , а теперь, значит, вам это не нравится. Не знаю, что и делать. Ну что ж, пока отключу эту опцию А теперь, вы не соглашаетесь. Я не знаю теперь что делать. Но я отключить опцию впредь до дальнейшего уведомления.

On topic:
Yeah, words are the bricks to make a language and grammar, then, is the cement to fasten them. And I can't say which is more impornant. Still I think a beginner have to pay attention to grammar first. Not much, just to learn ABC. There is no need to learn by rote everything you see in some textbook. I'm going to list what you do need to do at the beginning.
1.To find the information how the russian words are formed. It's about all the roots, suffixies, prefixes, endings and maybe something else. Keep the information at hand.
2.To learn using of cases forms.
3.To find the information of what adjectives look like, comparative degree, superlative degree. Keep this at hand.
4.To find everything about pronouns. Again put a bookmark. (but maybe there's no need. I think all what is needed you one can find in any dictionary).
5.To learn all about perfective and imperfective aspects. Reflexive verbs. Verb moods.
6.To learn what adverbial participle is.
7.To find the information of what adverbs look like. Keep this at hand.

The goal of those activities is to prepare you for reading, using some things listed above and a dictionary. And now what is left to do for you is to read. But there is one very important thing. You have to read what you like to. The more you like something the more it concerns us the better you'll remember it. One other important thing. While reading you musn't look up in the dictionary every single word whose meaning you don't get. Translate only those words that are important for the plot. Otherwise you'll probably be interrupting reading too often to enjoy it. It's better to read again later an extract or a chapter or the whole book.

Reading books can be replaced or accompanied with another activity: watching movies with subtitles and then without them. This is even a better way to learn a language, but I think it's better to do it when you're a more experienced learner. And when you've done a lot of reading and watching it's time for talking. But I'm not saying ONLY when you've done a lot of reading and watching. Yes, when you're not very experienced you'll hardly be able to express yourself correctly, but even listening to other people will do much good. And if you have natives not far away from you then you just need to listen to them and you'll soon be fluent in the language.
