Ы - Position of the tongue

I'm having troubles pronouncing the letter Ы.

Where do I have to place the tongue? I heard, it is further back in the mouth than it is when saying the letter и for example.

But, is it more down or at the top of the mouth?

Does anyone knows if somewhere is a video or picture of it?

The upper point of the roof of the tongue is a bit further back and the whole tongue is more relaxed (imagine that there's a good part of schwa). The tongue is lowered and flattened a bit compared to the И.
