I don't skip meals - "Я не пропускаю приёмы пищи", but it sounds bad... Depending on the context it would be better to reformulate the sentence.
I eat for breakfast - На завтрак я ем... Or Я ем на завтрак... Or Я ем... на завтрак. Or Я завтракаю... (чем? Творительный падеж).
it depends - give more context please
My favourite meals - мои любимые блюда
room-mate - сосед по комнате, сосед по общежитию
    I wash dishes - Я мою посуду
    approximately - приблизительно

    два блюда
    умeл
    пропуcтить
    мяcорyбкy
    провaрить
    охлaдить
    оcтaвить
    кoлбacoк
    oбжapить
    на cкoвopoдe
проcти (it depends on the sense although; it can be просты too)

    -родит. падeж from words «овощи»
    овощей

    «фрукты»
    фруктов

    and «блюдo»
    блюда
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

"I don't skip meals" - "Я не забываю похавать". Должно быть так

(Это) зависит от ... (родит. падеж)
хавать/похавать - slang for "to eat"

Don't use похавать - Scrabus was joking. It's a slang word.

    I don't skip meals - Я не забываю поесть.

If you have just 'it depends', then the variants are:
    - как сказать,
    - всё зависит от обстоятельств,
    - смотря по обстоятельствам.
I would add 'как когда' and 'по-разному бывает.'

But if you have the object (it depends on him/what she will say/my father etc.), the translation is 'это зависит от него/, того, что она скажет/моего отца,' like gRomoZeka has already noticed.

You can find the "Это зависит" without any objects on the Internet, but don't use it, please, it's just a calque, it's a joke, like 'to whom how,' for example (literal translation of the Russian phrase 'кому как').
